The Bay View Neighborhood Association, along with Bill Rouleau, Pumpkin Pavilion Creator and Committee Chair, would like to invite you to be a part of this years event! We have several sponsorship opportunities available to help you promote your business and to support Pumpkin Pavilion 2017! The dates are October 18-21. This 4 day family friendly event that brings over 2000 people to Bay View area to carve pumpkins, enjoy the display of almost 1000 lit pumpkins, hear live local music, eat delicious local food, and embrace the fun that is Halloween, all in the cozy environment of Humboldt Park Pavilion.
This event is entirely volunteer-powered, and in its existence, the Pumpkin Pavilion has added new attractions, displays and or events each year. Your donation will help cover costs associated with fire twirling, magic, hay rides, live music and face painting, among other things.
We have a number of sponsorship levels available for you!
"PRESENTING SPONSOR" at $3000. Top Line Acknowledgement and Logo on all banners and posters, banner prominently displayed at all events (limit of one)
"Hay Ride VIP" at $2000. Banners on each of the Hay Ride rigs, logo on the poster, and will include a VIP ride through Humboldt Park for you and your guests on both Friday and Saturday Nights. (Limit of 1)
"Spooky Stage" at $2000. Banner on the stage where our music is played along with your large logo on the poster.
"Great Pumpkin Chase" (formal name pending) at $1250. NEW THIS YEAR! 5K Run, 2K Walk, and 1/4mile Kids Run on Saturday, October 22nd. Logo on posters AND on T-shirts.
"Scary Ghost," $1000 (Large Logo on Poster)
"Haunted House," $750 (Small Logo on Poster)
"Wicked Witch," $500 (Large Name on Poster)

For all sponsors $1000 and above, this will also include a custom carved pumpkin prominently displayed and then delivered to your door upon completion of the event. All sponsors will have your logo or name on all of our advertising including the BVNA website, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
