The Bay View Neighborhood Association is organizing a walkable event
that residents and visitors to Bay View will enjoy. “KK Holiday:
It’s a Wonderful Life in Bay View” will be held the first weekend in
December in businesses located on Kinnickinnic Avenue.

The weekend begins in LOWtown Bay View on Friday, November 30th from
4pm-9pm with “Art @ Anodyne” which is Anodyne Coffee Roasting
Company’s 2nd Annual Holiday Art Sale, featuring the work of Bay View
artists. Anodyne is located in Bay View at 2920 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.,
414-489-076.

Saturday events run from 4pm-9pm and include the KK HOLIDAY ART CRAWL
where artists will be located in UPtown Bay View, within the
businesses on KK between Becher and Lincoln. The art crawl is a
perfect place to buy local art as you do your holiday gift-shopping.
In addition to the art crawl, you’ll find a silent auction, wine
tasting, carolers, demonstrations, decorated storefronts, a tree-
decorating contest by our local schools, hair and fashion shows,
movies and live music, and plenty of kid-friendly events. There will
also be a food drive to benefit the Bay View Community Center’s food
pantry.

KK Holiday then continues on Sunday with matinee movies and a live
music concert held at Bay View United Methodist Church which is
located at 2772 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., 414-744-4036.

The Bay View Neighborhood Association (BVNA) exists to maximize the
quality of life for individuals, families and commerce in Bay View
though activities that facilitate an attractive, safe and diverse
community neighborhood. The BVNA was founded in 2004 and currently
has over 130 members.
