Formerly known as Bay View's chili cook-off contest\, the winter event is featuring a luau theme again this year.  How awesome is that?  It takes place on Sunday\, February 16th from noon to 4pm at the South Shore Park Pavilion\, 2900 South Shore Drive.\n  Several neighborhood and community organizations will be present to connect with you.  The Honolulu Millionaires will provide live music. \n  The festivities are awesome\, too: hula hoop and limbo contests\, spam carving and face-painting.  \n  See you there!\n  \n \n \n\n
