Submit your nomination of a person in your neighborhood you think exemplifies the meaning of “good neighbor.” Your nomination can be your neighbor, a community leader, or anyone you think displays a commitment to giving back to the community. (The nominee must be a resident of the Bay View area.)
Submit your entry via e-mail at bayviewneighborhood.org/contact.
Please include:

Community Care is a private, non-profit agency that provides primary, acute and long-term care to low-income seniors and disabled older adults so they can remain at home in their communities as independently as possible instead of going into a nursing home. Benefits include medications, transportation, medical care, care in the home, and socialization. If you know someone who is struggling to remain independent at home and needs help, please stop and see Patty at the Community Care booth.
Come on down to the park for a great night of patriotic music!
