The Bay View Neighborhood Association General Meeting will be held on Monday, August 20th at the Delaware House, located at 2499 S. Delaware Avenue. All are encouraged to attend - this is a great chance to learn about the Bay View Neighborhood Association and find out what’s going on in our community. Become a member, volunteer your time on one of our committees or
projects or just stop in to see what we’re all about.
The General Meeting commences at 6:30 with an update of Bay View Neighborhood Association goings-on and activities followed by a gift certificate drawing for BVNA members. Guest speaker and Delaware House proprietor Kathy Howell will lead a tour through the premises and discuss the lifestyle, health and wellness opportunities that the Delaware House has to offer, including physical therapy, acupuncture, esthetician and personal trainer services, ballroom dance and salsa lessons.
The Bay View Bash is organized by the Bay View Neighborhood Association in an effort to build community among Bay View residents, raise awareness of local businesses, and showcase the wonderful attributes of the Bay View Neighborhood to both immediate residents and visitors.
This is an exciting time for the Bay View neighborhood, with the advent of a growing business district and a culturally thriving community, and we would like you to be involved in this time of celebration!
It is for this reason that we are asking for your support for our 4th annual block party on Saturday, September 15, 2007, from 11:00am-10:00pm on Kinnickinnic Avenue between Potter and Clement Streets. The Bay View Bash will feature live music venues, a demonstration area, a children’s entertainment area, a teen activities area, and a variety of food, artists, and vendors in a celebration of our great neighborhood.

Bay View Neighborhood Association Hosts Extended “Chill on the Hill” Summer
Concert Series in Humboldt Park
Milwaukee, WI – July 11, 2007 – Bay View Neighborhood Association’s “Chill on the Hill” second concert series starts this Tuesday, August 14th, at the Humboldt Park Bandshell. In addition to this being the kick off of our second series, the Bay View Neighborhood Association has invited the Second District Police Department and their families to be our guests. We would like to publicly thank them for everything they do for our community. We will feature “Grill on the Hill” so join us for a hot dog and be ready to open your wallet and purchase a $5.00 Harley motorcycle raffle ticket for the Milwaukee County Parks 100th anniversary.
All acts begin at 6:30pm. The Bay View Neighborhood Association sponsored dates are as follows:
